Job relocation compels my partner and I to have to leave our beloved 1 br, approx 550 sqft apt., located just past Teele Square off Broadway. We're looking for someone who can take our lease over from March thru May (inclusive) and then sign a one-year lease with our nice, responsive landlord starting June 1, 2009.
Second floor apartment in a 3-by-3 six flat, perfect for a couple. About 550 sqft. An advantageous layout makes the place feel quite roomy.
1 BR, 4 rooms:
* eat-in kitchen with open pantry, gas stove, stainless steel sink, and full size refrigerator.
* office room holds large desk in addition to a full size futon/sofa for "guest room."
* large bedroom easily accommodates even king mattress; two exposures stays cool in the summer.
* living room has two exposures and wide closet.
Large back room for storage.
Access to wide front porch overlooking quiet side street.
Coin-op laundry in building basement.
Heat and hot water included. Radiator heat is very cozy; this bldg does not skimp.
Friendly, responsive landlord; cats welcome.
$1295/mo until the end of this lease, $1325 thereafter.

How about the bathroom?

Date: 2009-01-20 11:51 pm (UTC)Full bathtub/shower (not a stall), sink, toilet, towel rack, built-in medicine cabinet. Radiator in bathroom keeps things toasty in the winter.
