The open bedroom is about 11'x11' (yes, I measured), unfurnished, with two big windows overlooking the lawn, hardwood floors, and cream-colored walls with gloss white trim. It's $660 plus utilities.
 The apartment is on the second floor. Heat is natural gas. Eat-in kitchen has tile floor, gas stove, dishwasher, and disposal. Full bath with both tub and shower and marble floor, half-bath with tile floor. Laundry facilities (washer/dryer) in the basement so you don't have to carry laundry outside in the snow.

The apartment has a private wooden balcony overlooking the yard. There's a picnic table on the lawn.

It's a renovated Victorian triple-decker: shining hardwood floors in the
living room, ornamental molding and grilles, and lots of huge sunny
windows. We have cable TV and wireless internet.

The landlord is local and responsible.
I just finished grad school, so I have a fairly night-oriented schedule; I make a point of being quiet when other people are sleeping. The other housemate works days, including weekends. We're both quiet, clean, and responsible. It's a household where we're on friendly terms but lead mostly separate lives.

I have a cat. She's shy with strangers but friendlier and very talkative once she gets used to people. Sorry, the lease doesn't allow any more pets.

Absolutely no smokers.
