davis_squareI'm buying a 2 family house on Spring Hill, so I've got an apartment coming up for rent.
It's a Large 4 bedroom apartment on the second and third floors. Washer/dryer in unit, dishwasher, 3-season enclosed porch, covered deck, 2 baths, dining room with lovely built-in hutch, living room that could be used as 5th bedroom.
Spring Hill location, 15 minute walk to Porter Square shopping center (Red Line T stop, commuter rail, supermarket, restaurants, etc.). Bus lines: 85 (Union Sq, Kendall Sq), 88 (Lechmere), 90 (Sullivan Sq), 87 (Arlington Center), 83 (Inman Sq, Central Sq), others. About 1 mile to Davis and Harvard squares.
Floors will be newly refinished. Working fireplace possible.
Available September 1, possibly somewhat flexible. Some pets OK.
