  from the other end of the street to Porter/Davis/Lechmere.
  1/3 block from laundromat, 1 block from large supermarket, near
  two bakeries, an Asian market, two Indian markets, and a
  Target

  Lease + realtor interview -required-. Strong preference
  for someone interested in staying on for more than one year.
