I'm not sure why LJ didn't make your URLs into live links, but I think this will fix it if you want it:

- click on the blue-pencil (edit) button
- with the "Rich Text" tab still selected, cut all of the text
- switch to the "HTML" tab and paste all of the text back in
- un-check the "Disable Auto-Formatting" checkbox
- save changes
