Looking to sublet my place - $535/month -- close to Davis & Porter

So I'm thinking about moving in with my partner for various reasons, but that would leave my roommates in a bind until the lease is up Aug 31. The earliest I'd be leaving is April 1, but will stick around until we find someone. My roommates are 30 and 27, + the best cat in the world. They're well past their hard partying days, but do still enjoy a night out on the weekends. I've been living with them since last June and love them both--they are laid back and both pretty cool.

The available room is smallish, but in a good location--great light from the windows. The person currently living there has a queen bed, desk, dresser and keyboard with some room to spare The apartment's location is amazing -- a quiet, one way street 1 mile from Davis and Porter Squares. We have a large back deck, a front 'veranda' and free washer/dryer in the basement. There is also some storage room in the basement and a couple large closets in the front and back of the apartment. Our neighbors are awesome and super friendly, (one even uses the snow blower to do our sidewalks for us). The rent is $535 + utilities a month. The landlord does require a security deposit along with 1st month upon moving in.

We are one street away from the main bus route on Highland Ave, right near Cedar and Lowell Streets. Let me know if you're interested and I'll put you in touch with my roommates.

Sorry for the late reply, I was away from the internet all weekend. We're technically not supposed to have any cats, the landlord made an exception for the one we do have, I think asking for another would be pushing it.
