Rooms available this summer

My apartment near Davis has two rooms available to sublet June-August this year. The apartment is a 7 minute walk from the Davis Square T-stop in the direction of Teele Square, and less than 5 minutes from the 87, 88, and 89 bus routes.

Both of the rooms are on the third floor of a second & third floor apartment, with living room, kitchen, washer, and dryer on the second floor. There are three other people living in the apartment, all in their early 20s and fairly quiet roommates, and two cats (although one may be leaving this summer). We share a porch with the first floor apartment.

Rent is $520/month. Utilities vary but shouldn't add up to more than $50/month in the summer. Our landlord lives nearby and is very responsive to emails about any issues that come up.

Furnishing of the rooms is negotiable - probably some furniture will stay and some will go, since one of us is leaving Boston and the other is just going away for the summer, so if you have particular needs we can talk about that.
