New store at former Pemby's location?

The two new storefronts at the former location of Pemberton Market on Mass Ave have been vacant since their renovation, but it looks like one of the two spaces has been rented out. From the empty shelves inside, my best guess is a bookstore or video store, and from the looks of the shelves, a chain. Anyone know what it might be?

My opinion, and it is only an opinion, would be that it's a terrible time to open a video store.

Yes, that's right. It will be another market. A few weeks ago, I talked to the man who had rented out the space. He seems very nice. He said it would be "a market that would carry anything that a family would need." It seems like any progress on fixing up the interior has stopped in the past few weeks, though.
