Rent for the room is $565 per month (utilities NOT included in rent). The room dimensions are 10’ x 12’. The closet measures at 5’ x 2.5’. There are 2 windows and hardwood floors.
About the apartment:
We have oil heat, 2 bathrooms, a large basement, laundry in apartment (free!), a dishwasher, stainless steel appliances in newly renovated kitchen, back deck. It's in a good location, 15 min walk from Davis and a 20 min walk to Porter. It's also a 2 min walk from 89 bus stop that goes to Sullivan Sq or Davis Sq and the 80 that goes to Lechmere.
The apartment is located in Ball Square, near Kelly’s Diner, Soundbites, and True Grounds (free internet!)
About us:
We are three young professional women, neat, respectful, and friendly, looking for a fourth roommate who is interested in the occasional game night or “family” dinner.
