davis_squareStudio apartment for $1025/mo (including utilities), right on College Ave and near Davis Square. I think it's a great location.
The start date is flexible; if you can move in on or before May 1, I could discount things further. The lease runs until Aug 31 (and the landlord should be happy to renew past that). The apartment can come totally furnished.
