The location:
.7 miles from Porter Square and the Red Line (about an 8 minute walk), .9 miles from Davis Square (and the awesome Diesel Cafe) at about a 12 minute walk. Cafe/liquor store/Dunks all within walking distance on the street, street parking, lots of trees for dog-sniffing.

The money:
$775/month plus utilities. First month + security = yours. Utilities average $50-60/month per person for heat & electric. Cable negotiable.
