Summer Sublet Available Beginning in May, through August 31 - $625/Month

Sublet is one bedroom in a four bedroom, two bathroom apartment across the street from Tufts. The apartment is furnished, but the bedroom is not. Apartment includes off-street parking, washer and dryer (but no dishwasher), basement and garage storage, wireless internet, and cable TV, living room, dining room, kitchen, and two baths (so you'd be sharing with only one other roommate). Room is about 11 ft. by 11 1/2 ft. and has exclusive access to front porch. Utilities usually come to $70 in the summer, and are in addition to the rent.

Current roommates are 26, 27, and 30, all busy with working full-time and taking grad classes. Female, non-smokers, and clean, and are looking for the same.

The apartment is across the street from Tufts University, a five minute walk from Teele Square, and a fifteen minute walk from Davis and the Red Line.

The current resident is leaving for graduate school, moving sometime between May and June - date flexible. Subletter would be expected to stay until August 31st, with the possibility of being on the lease after it renews in September. Sublet Available Beginning in May, through August 31.
