Tufts carnival and fireworks tomorrow night

Tufts University is having its annual Tuftonia's Day carnival and fireworks tomorrow night at Fletcher Field (Curtis Street and Professors Row).

As an additional noise warning for the weekend, Tufts' Spring Fling is Saturday and rapper Ludacris (and others) will be playing on the President's Lawn from noon until 5 pm or later. Expect the supply of drunks to exceed demand immediately thereafter, continuing into the evening.

Last year I went and checked out the Dropkick Murphys...the concert itself is right on the lawn and they have concert barricades up however you can see and hear everything albeit a little further away.

I love that I attend tufts, go to campus almost daily, and read every bit of email i get, and have been at tufts for two years now...and i've never heard of this event. par for the course when it comes to tufts spreading the word about their events be it a small thing like a lecture or a big thing like fireworks!
