Auditions - Murder in the Cathedral

Theatre@First seeks actors for T.S. Eliot's dramatic masterpiece, a verse play depicting the martyrdom of Thomas Becket in 1170
When: Monday & Tuesday, Sept. 13 & 14, 7-9pm
Where: 89 College Ave. in Somerville, 4 blocks from the Davis T--directions available on our website.
Please come prepared to recite a poem in any style for up to two minutes and to take part in readings from the script. Appointments are not necessary. Please arrive by 8:30pm at the latest and plan to stay for up to an hour. Cross-gender casting will be considered.
Here is a tentative rehearsal schedule. Performances will take place November 5-13.
Theatre@First is Somerville's newest community theatre project, hosted by the First Congregational Church. We are part of the vibrant Davis Square arts scene, drawing upon the talents and contributions of individuals and organizations throughout the community to provide a venue for thought-provoking and entertaining performing arts for all those who love to be on either side of the curtain.
