Walk for Hunger?

I'm consider doing the Walk for Hunger this year and realize that it is really last minute to pull a group together.  I'm wondering if there is a group going from the Davis Square area (church, non-profit, whatever) that I could hook on to for at least part of it (20 miles is a lot!).
