We are four young professionals/students (you would be the fifth) who share the top two floors of a house in Somerville.

Rent: 460 a month plus utilities
Utilities: $50-100 a month and include heat, hot water, electricity, high speed internet, and phone
amenities
-Off street parking
-close to Davis Sq (10-15 min walk)
-easy access to public transportation (in addition to being close to davis there is a bus stop less than a block away)
-Nearby to grocery and laundry
-Kind, laid back landlord who leaves us to our own devices but is responsive to emergencies
-Deck

Some furnishing may be available

A little more about us:
We are a group of twenty and thirty somethings. We all work pretty diverse schedules, and like to keep the house drama free. We divide up the chores between us. We are a friendly bunch, with some of us being more social than others. Not huge partiers, but we do have random social events throughout the year, and enough of us are social that you won't be bored if you're looking for things to do. On the other hand, we are not super loud, so you don't have to worry about people keeping you up late at night.

We are looking for first months rent and a deposit of one month's rent.
