Did you see this hit and run on College Ave?

I know it's a longshot, but I was wondering if anyone saw my black Chevy Blazer parked outside 120 College Ave get side-swiped during the daytime on Thursday June 4th between 8-30 a.m. to 6-30 p.m.

It looks from the high scrape on the driver's side door as though it may have been a truck, SUV or bus which also hit the side view mirror and front left wheel of my car very hard (as the tire is now crooked and the alignment is wrecked).

They didn't leave a note and I was just hoping someone might have seen something. Please contact me or the Somerville Police if you can help, as I'd be really grateful, thanks!

Good luck. I've had my car sideswiped 1-2 times a year for the last 8 years or so, living in Somerville. Nobody's ever left a note. :/ Yay deductibles...

This happened to my bosses vehicle but they actually left a note with a working phone number.. the good are few and far between.

I bumped a car last year and left a note, ended up costing me a hike in my insurance due to the penalties that MA puts on your rates. They stay for 3 years too. For rediculously minor damage, and nothing claimed for my vehicle.

Unfortunately, because the State of MA penalizes the good people who do what is right, you can expect me to never leave a note again....

The fees we're yours to begin with if you hit someone else. I got in a car accident when the guy in front of me slammed on his breaks rather abruptly, I paid. It's the way it works.

Dodging responsibility is just irresponsible.

Fair enough. I'm poor as all hell but I don't think I could screw someone like that... other than myself that is.. you screw yourself when you own up as youve mentioned. Oh sweet altruistic personality.

a little while back i was slammed into while waiting to make a left at a light and the person never stopped moving and sped off, it was night and i couldn't make out the plate and no one else was around. people suck, i hope the kind that don't give you some kind of lead.
