So we have a room for rent starting July 1 - $517/month, heat and hot water included - never pay more than $600/month total.
We are right in the square, above the shops! 3 bed, 1 bath.
Currently we are 2 women, 28 and 30 (sisters) and we are looking for a 3rd to replace our roommate who is moving in with her boyfriend.
We'd like a guy, 25 - 35, gainfully employed with a decent sense of humor to move in - but women are not out of the question either!
Mostly a vegetarian place, we also have a 4-legged feline allergen running around...the apartment is awesome, high ceilings, big windows, nice neighbors and we are literally 80 steps from the burren.
