Traffic snafu on Highland & Cutter

At the strange intersection onto Highland (near Kickass cupcakes) a T bus (I think the 87) has stalled.

This is, not surprisingly, screwing up traffic. Highland itself is backed up to Willow. Dunno how Russell is doing.

Either the 88 or 90. The 87 runs down Somerville Ave.

The 87 has to turn onto Highland at that intersection to get to the Davis busway as it heads westbound.
