bike parade?

davis_squareAbout 30 minutes ago, a bunch of people on bikes came down Cedar St.
It was an interesting scene...music was playing, and there were tall bikes in the mix. The leader had some sort of disco ball.
It was fun to watch, and piqued my curiosity. Does anyone know more about this?

Date: 2009-07-12 04:56 am (UTC)I saw what you described at the intersection of Summer Street and Cedar Street, from a distance, at about 2:00am on the morning of Sunday June 28th, and have been curious ever since.
There were five, and yes, one appeared to have a giant disco ball on their bike, but I couldn't tell what it was.
