- 3br shared between only two people (you + me).
- Will consider rents between $700 and $950, depending on what we do with the 3rd bedroom and common space.
- 10 min to Davis or Porter; Albion & Cedar streets.


- Starting September 1
- Lease to either May 31 or Aug 31
- $700 - $950 + utilities, depending on what we do with the 3rd bedroom. (Yours? Mine? Common space?)
- 10 minute walk to Davis or Porter (at Albion & Cedar)

- The place:
- Large bedroom
- Living room, dining room, and smallish bedroom to talk about how we should use them
- Shared kitchen and bathroom
- 1 off-street parking space
- Free laundry in basement
- 2nd & 3rd floors of a 2-family
- Porch
- Hardwood floors
- Small back yard

- The roomies:
- 2 cats (one more negotiable)
- 37-yo female software person (that's me -- Carolyn).
- Laid back, outdoorsy (just got back from 6 weeks SCUBA-diving in Mexico), artsy, geek- poly- glbt- etc- friendly.
- I usually go out to party, but occasionally like to have movie nights or craft nights. And a big-ish party, although rare, is not unheard of.
- I own the place, so the landlord is easy to get in touch with.

- You:
- Responsible, reasonably quiet, reasonably clean (serious neat freaks might be happier elsewhere), reasonably laid back

So, price is a bit higher than I'd like to manage, but would be willing to talk about possible options since life seems to be throwing me to the winds.
