Apartment Wanted!

davis_squareApartment Wanted for September 1st- we've been having trouble finding what we need on Craiglist, so we figured it wouldn't hurt to post here.
We're two friendly, vaguely nerdy 27-year-old women in search of the perfect 2 bedroom apartment, ideally located within a 10-12 minute walk to the Davis T (Porter Square T is ok too), with a maximum rent of $1600 a month (less is awesome). We have 1 cat and 1 car, and need to find a place where the cat is welcome, and the car can find parking (off-street is best, but on-street permit parking is fine).
We'd love a place with a dishwasher and laundry in the building.
