Small Exterior Carpentry Recs?

UPDATE- I think I have this taken care of now, but would still welcome suggestions for someone who might stain my front porch. I need someone who will listen to specific directions (right now it has paint on it and I want someone who will sand off as much as possible and put oil-based stain on the rest- a little unusual)


I did check all the old "home repair" listings but nothing seemed to quite match.

I'm looking for someone to do some small exterior carpentry work - replace one bad clapboard and make sure that the flashing under it is OK. Nothing huge but it needs to be done right. I have some other similar small things that might need to get done but I won't bore everyone with the details.

Any recommendations?
