seeking roommate for 9/1

Our roommate is moving out--a little last-minute--and we need someone to fill the third bedroom in our Burnham Street apartment (off Broadway, right by Tufts and a 5-10 minute walk from Davis). We're looking for someone who likes a laid-back, friendly, homelike atmosphere. The place is a pretty good deal: $700 rent, including heat (electricity & cable/internet are separate, but have been pretty manageable).
