Looks like some type of vintage furniture/consignment store is opening up. I went in yesterday but didn't catch the name of the store or the rather friendly proprietor. He said their official first day of opening is tomorrow, Friday the 25th.

"Sunshine Lucy". I don't know anything else about them.

(With that name, I would have expected the proprietor to be a 'she'. Guess not.)

Hm, I looked for an older post about it. Didn't do a very good job of it. I could delete this post if you think I should. Though it does at least provide info on when the business is officially opening.

Naaah, let's keep it. Other folks may want to discuss the store here once it's open.

The sign in the window uses a symbol from the New Mexico state flag, but I don't know if that means anything.

I stopped in on a day last week that I guess was before they were "officially" open and couldn't get any of the 4 people inside to meet my eyes for more than a second. I had meant to say hi, tell them about some of the neighborhood resources and whatnot, but was a little put off. I guess if they weren't technically open that could explain things, but then they maybe shouldn't have had their door open.

Anyway, lots of great looking stuff, but all out of my price range.
