This Sunday: Outdoor Oktoberfest at Redbones!

SUNDAY, OCTOBER 4th - Somerville's First Oktoberfest
Bratwurst, Beer, & the Mad Bavarian Brass Band

Noon-6 pm, Outdoors at Redbones, 55 Chester Street
(Rain Date: Sunday, October 18)

Part of Chester Street will be transformed into a biergarden for Somerville's first ever outdoor Oktoberfest. Bratwurst, knockwurst, and sauerkraut, potato pancakes, and other Fest fare will be served along with Oktoberfest beers. The afternoon includes live music by the Mad Bavarian Brass Band playing polkas, marches, & 'happy musik'. http://www.madbavarians.com

Cost: $10 buys a plate of Oktoberfest food & a beer. No entry fee & no reservations necessary.

Redbones is hosting Somerville's First Annual Oktoberfest and will work with the City and the Chamber of Commerce going forward to expand this event into a larger, city wide event

Oh, there seems to be so much great stuff going on this weekend.... The first time I'll be out of town in about three months! It's like they waited for me to schedule a trip.
