The annual world wide simultaneous dance of Michael Jackson's Thriller is coming up very soon!  A week from tomorrow (Saturday October 24th) people from all over the Boston area will come together to contribute to this world record breaking event.  Check out our website for more details and to register.  The event is also a fundraiser for the Somerville Community Corporation which does incredibly important work to aid Somerville in retaining its economic and cultural diversity.  

If you would like to participate, follow these steps:

1. Download the Pledge Form and collect some pledges!  Every little bit helps and if you arrive with pledges we will waive the (very small) registration fee and you will automatically be entered in the raffle to win all kinds of cool things
2. Tell all your friends and get super excited!
3. Start learning the dance either by watching the online videos or going to a workshop at World Rhythms dance studio outside Davis Square
4. Come to the event and be prepared to thrill the dang world!!!

Where: Boston City Hall Plaza (government center, in downtown Boston)
When:  3:00pm - Thriller workshop so you can learn all the moves

 

5:30pm - Let the fun begin!!!
