i inherited a toolbox of indeterminate age and manufacture that was really cool once-upon-a-once but that's presently right on the verge of turning into a pile of pieces. if i was inclined to, i could re-glue it all and give the outside a stain-and-varnish and use it to hold small tools or jewelry or turn it into abstract art that sez something deep about the transience of material goods (think Ozymandias). BUT i have other pressing engagements, like beating off to the craigslist machine tools adverts.
SO. if you find this thing inspiring and you're handy with a bottle of glue (hot-melt won't cut it), you're welcome to whisk it away to a better life than collecting dust in my attic (or mold in my basement). i'm in a magoun square, about a mile from davis, and this thing doesn't weigh much. it's 15"x10"x9".
EDIT: the first correspondent just waltzed the box away.
