Pini's is Italian. "House of Pizza" in the name of a pizza place tends to mean it's Greek, as is a menu with gryos on it (that's a bit more obvious, of course).
Avellino's is my choice for NY-style pizza in this area. It's not as good as the stuff I grew up with on Long Island, but it's still pretty good. Pini's is good too. While I like Upper Crust, it's a little too fancy in spirit to be real New York pizza (but I appreciate the effort).
