South Indian Cooking Class

My friend “bobobb” posted last week here about a South Indian cooking class. Due to the great interest, I decided to do it! Classes will be taught out of my kitchen. I am located near Tufts....
Menu items could include:
Sambhar: a savory lentil dish served over rice using tamarind, red chili and coconut.
Keerai Curry: a spinach and tomato curry with coconut oil, cumin and mustard seeds.
Vazhakai Curry: a raw banana curry with coconut, coriander and ground chili.
Poori: puffed Indian bread served with milk and honey.
These are the dates I am thinking of for potential classes:
Sunday, November 8th: 3-6pm
Tuesday, November 10th: 6.30-9:30pm
Thursday, November 12th: 6:30-9:30pm
Sunday, November 15th: 3-6pm

Classes will be $50/person or $80/couple. I do ask for a deposit in advance. Materials/food are all included and of course we will all sit down to share what we have cooked at the end.
