I've recently moved out of my convenient, Davis-adjacent 3-bedroom, and my awesome former roommates need to replace me ASAP.

The apartment's off Broadway, right by Tufts and a 5-10 minute walk from Davis. My friends like a laid-back, friendly, homelike atmosphere, so they're looking for someone who'd be interested in the same. The place is a good deal: $700 rent, including heat/water (electricity & cable/internet are separate, but have always been manageable). It's convenient, affordable, and the company's excellent - I really could not have asked for more pleasant people to live with. If my new place weren't so perfect for my commute/specific social circle, I never would have left.
