I got a call asking who I plan to vote for in the election and how certain I am, because "my opinion is important". Call ended by saying to visit the Pagliuca site. But caller did not say in advance she was from the Pagliuca campaign. Is that legal?

Date: 2009-11-15 08:11 pm (UTC)It's common for the candidates to conduct their own polls. I helped do this for John Kerry in NH in 2004. Conducting poling is a necessary part of a modern campaign, and is different from the ethically questionable practice of push polling.
