Someone asked the same question last month.

When they recently changed their sign to say that weekday hours had changed from to 3:00 to 11:00 (previously said noon to 11:00), I was hopeful that they had worked out their schedule. But, they often are still not open at 3:00.

I drove by on Tuesday and the windows were all papered over so I think the answer is never. (Assuming you are talking about the one on Powderhouse Circle)
