Bowl and Board space

davis_squareI was walking by today and saw a construction permit (or perhaps application for a permit?) for a "lounge" in the window of the former Bowl and Board. Anyone know anything? I love my drinking and my Davis, but I wonder what our carrying capacity for bars is.
