1 room in a 2 bed apt in a quiet neighborhood, close to a Brazilian bakery, Dunkin Donuts, a CVS, a Chinese place famous for their dumplings, a good Italian restaurant, and inexpensive gas. 5-10 min bike ride and, 20 -25 min walk to DS, on 2 bus lines, close to I-93, with on street parking. Huge, well-maintained kitchen (very sweet and geeky roommate likes to cook), *very* clean. Comment if you are interested, and I will pass it on to the landlady--and feel free and encouraged to signal boost/spread the word. Rent is $500, $650 if you want to stay past April.

Edit: this sublet can be longer than January and February, and it could also be shorter than that as well.

This is an interesting question. It is a 10 minute walk from where I am sitting in Winter Hill, across from the Walgreen's on Broadway, but it is closer to Davis. I think one of the former occupants referred to it as Winter Hill, but Magoun Square might be more accurate.

Hee! Since Wang's doesn't open til 4pm, I'm guessing you got the frozen ones, too? Good god they are so good. Yum. Now if I could only make them myself, low-carb...(when I have time).

Got 'em on Wednesday, not as good as the first day but if you microwave them with a damp paper towel on top they're ok. Nom nom.
