Robbery Teele Square Market

Hi All,

Just an FYI, there was an armed robbery last night at the Teele Square Market next to PJ Ryans. It happened at about 10:30 or so, and my understanding is that no one was hurt. I was kind of shocked since PJ's was mobbed due to trivia, and I would have thought a robber would want a deader time. Anyway, if you live in the area I thought this would be useful info.

Oh no! The folks who run that store are the friendliest, most helpful convenience store owners i've ever seen. i'm glad to hear no one was hurt...

My sympathies to the proprietors. I've been known to refer to that place as "the convenience store of requirement", since they always seem to have at least one brand of whatever obscure product I need every time I go in, plus the owner is indeed a really nice guy. I sure hope they catch the creep who robbed them.

The date on this WHDH video says 12/29/09, but the article says this Teele Square convenience store attempted robbery happened on New Year's Day:

Funny, I was driving by and saw the camera crew, now I know what they were filming. They probably just messed up on the robbery date, in the video they said it was the first time since they have owned the place, so I doubt it was a second robbery.
