roommate wanted for Feb 1; $420 plus utilities

Hi Folks-- Our three-roomate situation is now down to two, since a lovely roommate accepted a swanky job out-of-state, and so I'm writing to spread the word.

Location: 81 Bromfield Road Apt #1, Somerville. 2 minutes' walking distance from Tufts U. 10 minutes' walk to Davis Square. Three-storey building, divided into two residences: landlords have upper 1.5, downstairs tenants have bottom 1.5. Available bedroom is one of the two bedrooms at top of stairs. Super landlords.



Bare bones: $420/month unfurnished room. Water included. Additional gas and electric split three ways. Washer/dryer in basement. Available room is good-sized, newly painted in a pleasant heathery-green, one window. Driveway can be shared with landlords' car with shuffling arrangements; permit parking on street. Option to help pay for (our) downstairs internet; no cable currently exists, but there is a commonspace TV/VCR/DVD. There is no landline phone currently.

Relevant: Existing tenants, two males, one early 30s, the other 41.5. No gender or orientation preference regarding third roommate. 41.5 year old is gay, and makes no big fuss over it. Younger guy has a preternaturally friendly grey maine-coon cat which has lived with other cats with good results.

Time frame: filled by February 1.
