GATZ is the 6-hour long theatrical version of The Great Gatsby that has just opened at the ART in Harvard Square.
I have one extra ticket for today's entire show (3 to 6; 7 to 10) Willing to sell for $25. If you'd like it you can meet me in Harvard Square at 2:30 just before the show. Comment or message me here so we can establish location details.

Date: 2010-01-12 03:17 am (UTC)it was tremendous, actually. thanks for the well wishes. with 2 intermissions and a one-hour dinner break, "sitting through it" wasn't bad at all. especially because the show was very engaging, the actors were incredible, and ... it was FUNNY. kind of a revelation; i don't think i picked up on the dry humor of nick's narration when reading the book.
no dates- i took 7 of my high school students and a friend. no one fell asleep. :)
