Hey kids,
I'm working on a project and looking for red tulle for a dress. Anyone know anyplace in the area that may sell it? I tried Michaels Art supplies but all they had was white and off- white. Thanks!

There's a place called (I think) Sew-fisticated down near the Lechmere T station, the Twin Cities plaza area - give them a call? There' also Windmill (or maybe Winmill?) down in Chinatown.

Winmill (Chauncy Street near Chinatown) has coloured tulle...don't remember offhand if they have red, but they may. It was $1 a yard in 2008...

Yeah, I would check fabric stores, not craft stores.

Sew-fisticated probably has it.

Sew-fisticated is a good first bet. If they don't, another fabric store that's t / bus accessisble is Sew Low, on Cambridge St between Inman Square and Lechmere.

in small amounts, playtime in arlington tends to have that in the basement. but for a dress, I'd go to sewfisticated.

My favorite fabric store in the area is Sew Low in East Cambridge, though any of the other places mentioned thus far in the thread are good too.
