Martha Coakley and Joe Curtatone in Davis Square Sunday Eve at 6 p.m.

Apparently Martha and Mayor Joe will be talking to local business owners/leaders in a quick tour through Davis Square this evening between 6 and 7 p.m.  The report from her campaign is that she'll be visiting the Somerville Theatre, Redbones and the Diesel Café. Might be worth a look. 
Frankly, I wish she'd been doing stuff like this for weeks.  Somerville may be solid Democratic territory, but nobody likes to be taken for granted.  Still, better late than never.  And she is SO infinitely preferable to the alternative.

Seconded. Although to be fair it probably didn't make much sense to spend that money campaigning back when she didn't think there was any reason to do so.

That is true... With a 30% lead, why would one worry or do much at all?

Yes, but you have to protect that lead. This is like Belichick not punting on 4th.

Is probably due to huge sums of money coming into MA from entities who figured out this is a way to defeat the health care reform bill. That is something both Coakley and the Dems should have been paying attention to.
