Did anyone see that Starbucks seems to have moved out? I hope that they replace it with a BRAND NEW STARBUCKS!! (I like to keep my hopes achievable... )

if by localish starbucks you mean local store that sells coffee, yes. bloc 11 over in union (yeah, wrong square) has a fireplace in the far back corner.
