No idea, but I've had several power glitches today that caused my alarm clock to lose the time and start flashing 12:00.

Yesterday there was a total of 4 "outages" in the Davis Sq area- one in the early am maybe around 7 second in the afternoon around 1pm. The 3rd and 4th were the long ones that went from 2:30 to 5pm power then got back up maybe for 20 mins then went out again til 8:30pm. For all of these outages they spanned from The Burren all the way from Rosebud, where the evening outage killed the power from Goodwill to the edge of the Social Security building-but I now Ron had said he lost power sporadically over the day. No power for a friday night is not a good thing.
Over the course of the last 20 years the amount of energy that this part of Somerville requires has grown but the actual available power has not

I've had power outages too -- momentary power-outs at around 8am and 1pm on Friday. I'm on Orchard St. Glad to know that it's not just my house.

I live closer to Porter and we had some short outages sometime overnight Thursday and again during the day Friday.
