The former dry cleaning place next to Tu y Yo in Powderhouse has been papered over. There is a sign that says "Coming Soon Lucas D's". Anyone have the scoop on what this place will be?

A few weeks ago, one of the storefronts in that block had a special permit application posted. It was for a used furniture store or something like that.
