The former dry cleaning place next to Tu y Yo in Powderhouse has been papered over. There is a sign that says "Coming Soon Lucas D's". Anyone have the scoop on what this place will be?

i noticed that the fro yo place seemed papered up a few weeks ago, but had an open sign. i've actually not been there yet, is that just how they chose decorate the storefront, or are they closing too?
i was only stopping there to visit East Asia, mmmm
