we have many, many objects which are perfectly good, but for which we personally have no immediate use. our move day was yesterday (which has spilled over into today); trash day is today as well.
therefore, there are many things which may be of interest out on our curb: some computer parts, a turntable, wigs, wig spray, latex polish, zillions of boxes of brand-new, unopened christmas lights, unopened polyurethane varnish, sandpaper and steel wool, paint rollers, a plastic drop cloth, 30-40 empty terracotta pots (and some plastic ones too), fancy-schmancy shampoos and such, some books, an entire encyclopedia set, a HUGE Cages By Design iguana cage (the 3'x4'x4' model - retails for like $500), some small aquariums, a 30 gallon aquarium, a black iron 30 or 45 gallon aquarium stand (slightly rusted in spots, but structurally sound), several creature heat lamps, a pair of crutches, a freestanding wooden wardrobe [four good sized drawers, hanging space, deep base area], a desk [appearing later in the day - nice solid wood desk, top left drawer front needs a little work, burn scar on top from mischief of miscreant iguana], random interesting odds and ends.
please come take them and make them yours, i really don't want all this stuff to go to a landfill :\
we are at: 112 porter st, in the porter/davis area of somerville. three houses in from the intersection of porter st with highland ave. the 88 and 90 buses go down highland, or we're about a 12 minute walk from the porter or davis redline stations.
unfortunately i'll be in and out all day trying to get this stuff done, so i probably won't be able to answer any questions, but....
