A Little Bit of Beauty

I've been meaning to post this for a long time now, but I just wanted to give a little thank you to the people on College Avenue who leave their Christmas lights up all year. I don't know them and have never seen anyone coming or going from the house, but I always feel a child-like cheer when I walk past that house and the lights are merrily glowing no matter what the season. It's especially pleasant when I walk past on a sweltering August night and enjoy the bit of festivity they're sharing.

I don't imagine they're on LJ, but if they are or if anyone knows who they are, I'm sending out my thanks. :-)

1 bedroom available in a large two family house. On the first floor, it has 2 large living/dining rooms, a bathroom and a very large eat in kitchen with lots of counter space and cabinets. It also has a very large backyard and a deck.
The apartment is located right down the street 0.5 mi from tufts and across the street from the 96 bus that takes you to the red line in Davis Sq. It is also very close to the 96, 94 and 80 bus transfer. 93 is also only 0.5 mi away.

We are a couple who have lived here for 2 months and enjoy it very much. Our upstairs neighbors are very friendly and curtious. We also have a Pug, who is very friendly and loves people.

The only utility included is Water. Heat and Electricity will be split 3 ways. Washer and Dryer are also included.



Only Requirements:
Must like dogs and between 18-24.

Musicians a plus.
