Public Transportation to The Skybar (Somerville Ave)

Hey all, what's the best option for using public transportation to get the the Skybar? Which station is closer, Porter Sq or Davis Sq? and is there a bus or anything that brings you right near it? Any help would be greatly appriciated!

Soundbox (DJs Caustic & Damian) brings the fire to Dubplate Culture this week! Don't sleep as they bring some of their home cooked tunes to the decks, as well as all the club bangers and hot sounds you've come to know and love! Besides all that, don't miss their own weekly, Merge, at the Solstice Cafe on Tremont St in Mission Hill every Friday night from 10:00-1:00pm! And of course, our resident RXM will throw down the plates at the start of the night! Don't sleep, people!

As always, there'll be open decks from 8:00-9:00pm, so bring your reggae, dancehall, dub, ragga, jungle or Drum 'n' Bass records and throw down for us!

A couple of weeks ago I started a new community, centralsquare. I announced it on the Cambridge community but it occurs to me that a lot of Davis Square people hang out in or care about Central Square, too.

I know this isn't directly relevant to Davis Square, and I don't know if it's been posted before, but I was reading in today's Boston Globe that Manray is closing on July 31. They'll remain closed for a few months and re-open at a to-be-determined spot.
