Anyone interested in buying some Lush shampoo and conditioner?

I have one 3.3 ounce bottle of Rehab liquid shampoo and one 3.3 ounce bottle of Coolaulin liquid conditioner that I'd like to sell. I used each of them once (a very small dab on medium length hair). I'd rather hand deliver than mail, which is why I'm posting here and not [livejournal.com profile] lush_swaps . The Rehab is best if used by 02/11/11 and the Coolaulin is best before 11/02/10. I bought both on Friday and there's nothing wrong with them - I had a hairdressing appointment on Saturday morning and I'm going to go a different route for repairing my hair.

The original price for the Rehab on the website is $12.45 and the original price for the Coolaulin is $8.75.  Since they're open, I'd be OK with selling both for together for $12. I'd be willing to sell separately, if necessary, for a fair price (although I think they work pretty well together - they're both for helping processed hair). Say $8 for the Rehab, and $5 for the Coolaulin. Preference will go to anyone willing to buy them together since I am carless.

And yes, to those unfamiliar with Lush products, they are super expensive which is why I'm even bothering to try and resell shampoo/conditioner =)

You can actually return them to the Lush store if the products didn't perform as advertised, even if they've been opened.

It doesn't matter if you didn't like the color, smell, product, or style of the logo; you can still return it to a Lush store (they have a VERY generous return policy). I don't remember what their exact policy is (i.e., you might get store credit), since I don't return much, but they'll take it back. And if they only give you store credit, you can get their amazing bath bombs or lotion or something equally appealing. And if you go to the store itself (as opposed to the salon, where I'm guessing you originally got the products), you can smell and test lotions and whatnot, so you're more likely to get something that works for you.

There's a store smack dab in Harvard Square (just next to the Garage), too. Best of luck!!

Their return policy is ridiculously generous (hence why I think it might be a store credit). I'm pretty sure they typically use opened containers for testers, customer samples, or giveaways.
