I have been posting my sleeper sofa and washing machine on Craigslist for the past two or three weeks, but so far have only had a bunch of "really interested" never get back to my response or people flake out at the last minute. The sleeper sofa is FREE and Maytag Special Edition, large capacity washing machine (purchased new for more than $500 about 5 years ago. I was originally asking $200, but now i'll take $100/obo).

I MUST get rid of them both of these no later than this coming Friday, June 30. The pick-up address is close to Teele and Davis Squares

I have a family member who would like to give away their dog and I told them I would help them find a new owner.

He is an Australian Heeler, white with tan/black markings, neutered, LOVES babies and children, well trained, weighs about 80 lbs and is full grown. I am pretty sure he is only a couple of years old still a puppy. His name is Sobe.

They are giving him away because they have 3 kids, 1 baby, and another baby on the way and in short they just dont have the time to give Sobe anymore.

He is an excellent dog, very loving and he can play all day long. You can throw a ball or even a rock 1000x and he just keeps bringing it right back.

I can forward pics to whomever is interested.

Since he is a fairly large dog he does need to be excersied properly and really needs an active owner.

hey all,

i'm hosting a housewarming party next weekend and will have friends coming from both in and out of town. what's the story on parking? is there a way i can get a reprieve for people just parking in my neighborhood? or do i have to find a place for them to park legally and walk here?

i live in the neighborhood above summer st., between davis and porter- it's permit only for the majority of the area.
