zmgmeister.livejournal.comflashman78.livejournal.comHey, I just noticed Yoga on the Square the other day. Has anyone had any experiences with the hot yoga there. I've never tried any yoga before and I was kind of curious. And recommendations or warnings? Are the classes pure female or are there males there too? Thanks.
